- Services: Our printing services, including custom designs, are covered by a 12-month warranty. If the service we provided does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or if there are any errors in the final product resulting from our design or printing process, we will rectify the issue at no extra cost to you.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care by the customer.
- Products or services that were altered after being delivered (e.g., printing errors caused by customer-supplied files).
- Issues that arise due to artwork or specifications provided by the customer that were inaccurate or incomplete.
- Issues related to shipping damage after the products leave our premises, as shipping issues are covered under our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
3. Claims and Remedies
If you believe that a product or service we provided does not meet the above guarantees, you are entitled to the following remedies under ACL:
- Repair or Replacement: We will repair or replace the defective product or rectify the error in service at no extra charge.
- Refund: If the product or service cannot be repaired or replaced, or if the defect is significant, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund.
