Print and Press Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides printing services, including but not limited to custom prints, promotional materials, apparel printing, digital design services, and other related services (“Services”).
These Terms are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and any other applicable laws in Australia. Our Services are offered to Australian residents, and by placing an order with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms.

3. Services Provided
Print and Press Studio offers a variety of printing and related services, including:
- Custom print design and printing
- Apparel printing
- Banner and signage printing
- Promotional material printing
- Specialty items (e.g., mugs, bags, etc.)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services offered at any time.
4. Orders and Payment
- Placing an Order: Orders for printing services can be made online via our website or via email. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Any additional fees, such as for rush orders or shipping, will be clearly stated during the ordering process.
- Payment: A 50% deposit is required when all orders are placed. The remaining 50% is due prior to shipping of all goods.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive a Zeller order confirmation. If any discrepancies occur in the order, please notify us immediately. We will provide a reasonable timeframe for any necessary corrections. It is up to the customer to ensure all sizes, quantities and apparel is correct in this Zeller invoice.
5. Design and Artwork
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets the specifications outlined on our website. We will not be held liable for errors resulting from incorrect artwork files. Please refer to the logo requirements page on our website.
- Design Services: If you opt for custom design services, additional fees apply. We will work with you to create a design, but you are ultimately responsible for approving the final design before printing.
6. Production and Delivery
- Turnaround Time: Estimated production time will be provided upon order confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, turnaround times are not guaranteed and may be subject to changes based on order volume, complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping and Delivery: We offer free shipping within Sydney Metro area. All outside customers will be responsible for all shipping costs.
- Collection: If you choose to pick up your order in person, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Guarantees
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees: As a business providing goods and services to consumers in Australia, we acknowledge that under the ACL, you have certain rights to guarantees regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, and description of the goods or services you receive. We guarantee that our products and services will meet these consumer guarantees unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If the items you receive are defective, damaged, or fail to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us within [insert number of days] from the date of receipt. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on your preference, in accordance with ACL.
- Incorrect Orders: If there is a mistake in your order (e.g., incorrect printing), please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue and replace the items or provide a refund if the error was on our part.
- No Refunds on Custom Products: Due to the nature of our custom printing services, we do not offer refunds on items that were printed according to the specifications you provided unless they fail to meet consumer guarantees as set out in the ACL.
8. Intellectual Property
- Ownership of Artwork: You retain ownership of any artwork or designs you provide to us. By submitting artwork to us, you grant Print and Press Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and print the artwork as necessary for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Use of Our Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, and images on the Print and Press Studio website are the property of Print and Press Studio and may not be used without our explicit consent.
- Social Media: We reserve the right to use all products pressed by us on our social media, to showcase our skill and for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as outlined in the Privacy Act 1988.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Print and Press Studio will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to printing errors, delays, or any other issues that may arise during production or delivery.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Print and Press Studio, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, including any violation of these Terms.
12. Force Majeure
Print and Press Studio will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, labor disputes, or any other unforeseen events.
